603.090 Ā Civil remedies under NRS 603.010 to 603.090, inclusive, not exclusive. Ā The civil remedies provided in NRS 603.010 to 603.090, inclusive:

1. Ā Do not preclude the prosecution of a defendant under the penal laws of this State.

2. Ā Are in addition to any rights or remedies to which the owner of a proprietary program or data stored in a computer is entitled under the common law.
