616A.401  Duties of Administrator: Adoption of regulations concerning determination of categories of injuries to be deemed catastrophic injuries.  The Administrator shall adopt regulations for the determination of categories of injury, other than those described in NRS 616A.077, to be deemed catastrophic injuries.
