618.934  Injunctive relief.  The Division may maintain in a court of competent jurisdiction a suit for an injunction against any person who acts as a photovoltaic installer in violation of any provision of NRS 618.910 to 618.936, inclusive, or the standards or regulations adopted pursuant thereto. An injunction:

1.  May be issued without proof of actual damage sustained by any person.

2.  Does not relieve the person from criminal liability for acting as a photovoltaic installer without a license.
