618.350 Ā Duties of Division regarding occupational safety and health. Ā The Division shall:

1. Ā Develop a program of eliminating or abating hazards;

2. Ā Advise and recommend a program of occupational safety and health applicable to public and state agencies; and

3. Ā Provide for safety inspections and furnish advisory services to employers on measures to promote industrial safety and health.
