Statutes > Nevada > Title-53 > Chapter-618 > General-provisions > 618-135618.135 “Order” defined. “Order” means any decision, rule, regulation, direction, requirement or standard of the Division or any other determination arrived at or decision made by the Division under the safety and health provisions of this chapter.
