624.241  Program for issuance of license in expedited manner.  The Board may establish a program for the issuance of a license in an expedited manner. The Board shall not allow the operation of the program for the issuance of a license in an expedited manner to affect adversely the amount of time the Board requires to issue any other contractor’s license.
