624.254 Ā Issuance or renewal of license under name likely to result in confusion or mistake prohibited. Ā No license may be issued or renewed by the Board under a name which:

1. Ā Is the same as the name of another licensee;

2. Ā So resembles the name of another licensee that the Board determines that it is likely to result in confusion or mistake; or

3. Ā The Board determines is likely to mislead the general public.
