625A.140  Contents of certificate.  Each certificate of registration issued by the Board must be numbered and contain:

1.  The designation “Registered Environmental Health Specialist” or “Environmental Health Specialist Trainee,” as applicable.

2.  The name of the person registered.

3.  The registration number.

4.  The date of issuance.

5.  The Great Seal of the State of Nevada.

6.  The signatures of the Chair and Secretary of the Board.
