625A.900  Unlawful to practice without certificate; penalties.

1.  On and after July 1, 2007, a person shall not engage in the practice of environmental health in this State unless the person holds a certificate of registration as an environmental health specialist or an environmental health specialist trainee issued by the Board pursuant to this chapter.

2.  Any person who violates any provision of this section is guilty of a misdemeanor.
