625.420 Â Filing of charges; commencement of action.
1. Â Any person may file with the Board a charge concerning a violation of any provision of this chapter or regulation adopted by the Board against any person. The charges must be in writing and filed with the Board.
2. Â All charges, unless dismissed by the Board as unfounded or trivial, must be heard by the Board within a reasonable time. An action against a person may not be commenced by the filing of a formal complaint more than 1 year after the date on which the Board received the charges.
