625.395  Renewal of expired license.  Each licensee must renew his or her license and pay the fee for renewal. Any licensee who fails to renew a license may do so within 6 months after the date of its expiration, upon application to and with the approval of the Board, payment of all required fees and penalties, and submission of all information required to complete the renewal. The Board may extend the time for renewal of the expired license.
