630A.380 Â Grounds for initiating disciplinary action or denying licensure: Willful disclosure of privileged communication; willful failure to comply with statute or regulation governing practice. Â The following acts, among others, constitute grounds for initiating disciplinary action or denying the issuance of a license:
1. Â Willful disclosure of a communication privileged under a statute or court order.
2. Â Willful failure to comply with any provision of this chapter, regulation, subpoena or order of the Board or with any court order relating to this chapter.
3. Â Willful failure to perform any statutory or other legal obligation imposed upon a licensed homeopathic physician.
