631.375  Identification of removable dental appliances by name or social security number.  All artificial teeth, dentures or other removable dental appliances, at the time they are manufactured or sent to a laboratory for repair, must be identified with the name or social security number of the owner by:

1.  Embedding the name or number in the material of the appliance;

2.  Adding the name or number with an adhesive; or

3.  Marking the appliance in any manner consistent with advances in technology and approved by the Board.
