637A.140  Contents of application.  An applicant for an examination as a hearing aid specialist must submit satisfactory evidence to the Board that the applicant:

1.  Is a citizen of the United States or is lawfully entitled to remain in the United States.

2.  Is over 21 years of age.

3.  Has met the minimum educational requirements established by the Board.
