637A.140 Ā Contents of application. Ā An applicant for an examination as a hearing aid specialist must submit satisfactory evidence to the Board that the applicant:

1. Ā Is a citizen of the United States or is lawfully entitled to remain in the United States.

2. Ā Is over 21 years of age.

3. Ā Has met the minimum educational requirements established by the Board.
