637A.235 Apprentices: Identification; title.

1. An apprentice to a hearing aid specialist shall, while engaged in the practice of fitting and dispensing hearing aids, identify himself or herself as an apprentice.

2. An apprentice to a hearing aid specialist shall not use any title in any advertisement or promotional materials other than “apprentice to a hearing aid specialist.”
