637A.352 Ā Engaging in business of hearing aid specialist without license. Ā A person shall not engage in the business of a hearing aid specialist unless the person:

1. Ā Holds a license issued by the Board; or

2. Ā Is exempted from the provisions of this chapter by NRS 637A.025.
