637B.260 Â Complaint against applicant or licensee; retention of complaints.
1. Â A complaint may be made against any applicant for a license or any licensee charging one or more of the grounds for disciplinary action with such particularity as to enable the defendant to prepare a defense.
2. Â The complaint must be in writing and be signed and verified by the person making it.
3. Â The Board shall retain all complaints made pursuant to this section for at least 10 years, including, without limitation, any complaints not acted upon.
