638.118  Euthanasia technician: Duties upon cessation of qualified employment.  A euthanasia technician shall surrender his or her license to the Board, and notify the State Board of Pharmacy, when the euthanasia technician ceases to be employed by a law enforcement agency, an animal control agency, or by a society for the prevention of cruelty to animals that is in compliance with the provisions of chapter 574 of NRS.
