639.287 Â Failure to furnish information concerning employees; false information; penalty.
1. Â When called upon by a member, inspector or investigator of the Board, the owner or manager of any premises on which drugs, medicines or poisons are sold at retail or a wholesaler or manufacturer of drugs shall furnish the member, inspector or investigator with the name of each owner, manager, partner, officer of the corporation and employee, together with a statement of the capacity in which each of those persons is employed or the extent to which each is engaged in the operation of the licensed establishment.
2. Â Any person who refuses to furnish that information or willfully furnishes false information is guilty of a misdemeanor.
