642.110 Ā License: Signatures; not transferable; display.

1. Ā All licenses shall be signed by the President and the Secretary of the Board and attested by the seal of the Board.

2. Ā Each license shall specify the name of the person to whom issued. Every license shall be nonassignable and nontransferable, and shall be displayed by each licensee in a conspicuous place in the office or place of business of the licensee.
