643.040 Ā Meetings; quorum; seal; quarters.

1. Ā Regular meetings of the Board shall be held every 3 months.

2. Ā A majority of the Board in meeting duly assembled may perform and exercise all the duties and powers devolving upon the Board.

3. Ā The Board shall adopt and use a common seal for the authentication of its orders and records.

4. Ā The Board shall be furnished with suitable quarters.
