644.331  Registration of natural persons engaged in practice of threading and owners and operators of facilities in which natural persons engage in practice of threading; inspection of facilities by Board.

1.  Each natural person who engages in the practice of threading and each owner or operator of a kiosk or other stand-alone facility in which a natural person engages in the practice of threading shall, on or before January 1 of each year, register with the Board on a form prescribed by the Board. The registration must include:

(a) The name, address and telephone number of the person, owner or operator; and

(b) Any other information relating to the practice of the person or the operation of the kiosk or other facility required by the Board. The Board shall not charge a fee for registering a person, owner or operator pursuant to this subsection.

2.  The Board may, during regular business hours, inspect any facility in this State in which threading is conducted.
