644.030  Creation; number and appointment of members; composition.

1.  The State Board of Cosmetology consisting of seven members appointed by the Governor is hereby created.

2.  The Board must consist of four cosmetologists, one nail technologist, one aesthetician and one member representing customers of cosmetology.
