645E.960 Ā Penalties for violations relating to escrow or trust accounts. Ā A person, or any general partner, director, officer, agent or employee of a person, who violates any provision of NRS 645E.420, 645E.430 or 645E.440 is guilty of:

1. Ā A misdemeanor if the amount involved is less than $250;

2. Ā A gross misdemeanor if the amount involved is $250 or more but less than $1,000; or

3. Ā A category D felony if the amount involved is $1,000 or more, and shall be punished as provided in NRS 193.130.
