645.070 Ā Real Estate Commission: Oaths of members. Ā Each member of the Commission shall, before entering upon the duties of his or her office:

1. Ā Take the constitutional oath of office; and

2. Ā In addition, make oath that the member is legally qualified under the provisions of this chapter to serve as a member of the Commission.
