648.164  Failure of licensee or applicant to comply with notice of violation is grounds for suspension, revocation or denial of license.

1.  The failure of a licensee to comply with a notice of violation after it is final is a ground for suspension or revocation of the license.

2.  The failure of an applicant for licensure to comply with a notice of violation after it is final is a ground for denial of the license.
