649.325  Change of location of business.

1.  A collection agency shall not remove its business location from the place of business as stated in the license except upon prior approval by the Commissioner in writing.

2.  If the removal is approved, the Commissioner shall note the change upon the face of the license and enter in his or her records a notation of that change.
