656.100 Â Records of Board; report to Governor.
1. Â The Board shall keep a full and accurate record of its official actions and all proceedings, and of all resolutions, regulations and orders issued or adopted.
2. Â Except as otherwise provided by law, the records of the Board shall be open to inspection by the public.
3. Â The Board shall, on or before December 1 of each year, submit to the Governor a full and true report of its transactions during the preceding year. The report shall include a complete statement of the receipts and expenditures of the Board during the period.
