666.105 Â Examinations of bank holding companies by Commissioner.
1. Â Each year the Commissioner shall make a thorough examination of and into the affairs of every bank holding company and every banking subsidiary thereof doing business in this state or accept a report of an examination made by the Comptroller of the Currency, the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation or the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System.
2. Â The Commissioner may make additional examinations of any bank holding company and its subsidiaries.
3. Â The expense of any examination made by the Commissioner must be borne by the bank holding company being examined.
