673.042  Biennial report of Commissioner: Contents; distribution.

1.  The Commissioner shall, before September 1 of each even-numbered year for the biennium ending June 30 of that year, report to the Governor. The report must:

(a) Show the condition of all associations reporting to or examined by the Commissioner.

(b) Be accompanied by a detailed statement of all money received by the Commissioner since his or her last report and the disposition of that money.

2.  Copies of the reports must be furnished to each association or company licensed under the provisions of this chapter.
