673.830  Violation of chapter or sale of securities through fraudulent misrepresentation.  Any person who shall violate any provision of this chapter or sell any securities as the result of any fraudulent misrepresentation shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and the license issued to him or her shall be forfeited and revoked.
