676.207  Use or change of business name; prohibitions. [Effective through June 30, 2010.]

      1.  A licensee must obtain the approval of the Commissioner before using or changing a business name.

      2.  A licensee shall not:

      (a) Use any business name which is identical or similar to a business name used by another licensee under this chapter or which may mislead or confuse the public.

      (b) Use any printed forms which may mislead or confuse the public.

      NRS 676.210  Surrender. [Effective through June 30, 2010.]  Any licensee may surrender any license by delivering it to the Commissioner with written notice of its surrender, but a surrender does not affect any civil or criminal liability for acts committed prior thereto.
