677.460 Ā Charging off assets; regulations and orders. Ā The Commissioner may provide by regulation or order for the charging off of assets considered to be of little or no value.

NRS 677.470 Ā Licensee to pay costs of audit of books and records. Ā In addition to the annual fee provided by this chapter, the Commissioner shall assess and collect from each licensee the reasonable cost of auditing the books and records of a licensee.
