679B.127 Ā Counseling elderly persons concerning health insurance; regulations.

1. Ā The Commissioner may participate in a program which provides counseling to elderly persons concerning health insurance, including a program established pursuant to 42 U.S.C. Ā§ 1395b-4.

2. Ā The Commissioner may adopt regulations necessary to carry out the provisions of this section.
