683A.375 Ā Purposes. Ā The purposes of NRS 683A.375 to 683A.379, inclusive, are to:

1. Ā Promote the delivery of health care of high quality in a manner that limits the cost of such care; and

2. Ā Foster greater cooperation between providers of health care and agents who perform utilization review.
