687A.130 Ā Association tax exempt; exception. Ā The Association is exempt from payment of all fees and all taxes levied by this State or any of its subdivisions, except taxes:

1. Ā Levied on real or personal property; or

2. Ā Imposed pursuant to the provisions of chapter 363A or 363B of NRS.
