689.145 Ā ā€œTrusteeā€ defined. Ā ā€œTrusteeā€ means:

1. Ā A state or national bank;

2. Ā A trust company;

3. Ā A federally insured savings and loan association; or

4. Ā A credit union insured by the National Credit Union Share Insurance Fund or by a private insurer approved pursuant to NRS 678.755,

Ɗ authorized to transact such business in the State of Nevada and designated as the trustee of the trust fund in a prepaid contract.
