695B.1955  Reimbursement for treatment by licensed clinical alcohol and drug abuse counselor.  If any contract for hospital or medical service provides coverage for treatment of an illness which is within the authorized scope of practice of a licensed clinical alcohol and drug abuse counselor, the insured is entitled to reimbursement for treatment by a clinical alcohol and drug abuse counselor who is licensed pursuant to chapter 641C of NRS.
