701.330  Creation; Authority may request assistance from Public Utilities Commission of Nevada.

1.  The Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency Authority is hereby created. The Commissioner is the head of the Authority.

2.  The Authority may request assistance from the Public Utilities Commission of Nevada regarding the use of any resources of the Commission in general.
