704.062  “Application to make changes in any schedule” and “application” defined.  “Application to make changes in any schedule” and “application” include, without limitation:

1.  A general rate application;

2.  An application to recover the increased cost of purchased fuel, purchased power, or natural gas purchased for resale; and

3.  An annual deferred energy accounting adjustment application.
