Statutes > Nevada > Title-58 > Chapter-711 > General-provisions > 711-125711.125 “Telecommunication” defined. “Telecommunication” means the transmission, between or among points specified by the user, of information of the user’s choosing, without change in the form or content of the information sent and received, regardless of the facilities, equipment or technology used.
