Statutes > Nevada > Title-58 > Chapter-711 > General-provisions > 711-135711.135 “Telecommunication service” defined. “Telecommunication service” means the offering of telecommunication for a fee directly to the public, or such classes of users as to be effectively available directly to the public, regardless of the equipment, facilities or technology used.
