78.640  Property and privileges of insolvent corporation vest in appointed receiver.  All real and personal property of an insolvent corporation, wheresoever situated, and all its franchises, rights, privileges and effects shall, upon the appointment of a receiver, forthwith vest in the receiver, and the corporation shall be divested of the title thereto.
