81.210 Â Purpose of business may be changed; amendment of articles.
1. Â The purpose of the business may be altered, changed, modified, enlarged or diminished, or the articles of association amended, by a vote of two-thirds of all the members at a special election to be called for such purpose. Notice of the special election must be given in the same manner as the bylaws provide for the election of directors.
2. Â Upon amendment of the articles of association, a copy of the articles as amended must be filed with the Secretary of State.
