87A.645 Ā Termination of registration. Ā The registration of a registered limited-liability limited partnership is effective until:

1. Ā Its certificate of registration is revoked pursuant to NRS 87A.305; or

2. Ā The registered limited-liability limited partnership files with the Secretary of State a notice of withdrawal signed by a general partner. The notice must be accompanied by a fee of $60.
