89.260 Authority of regulating boards not affected. The provisions of this chapter relating to professional associations do not bar the regulating board of any profession from taking any action otherwise within its power, nor do they affect the rules of ethics or practice of any profession.

NRS 89.270 Scope of authority. No professional association may do any act which is prohibited to be done by natural persons licensed to practice the profession which the professional association is organized to practice.
