90.710 Ā Administration of chapter.

1. Ā This chapter must be administered by the Secretary of State and the Administrator. The Secretary of State may employ personnel necessary to administer the provisions of this chapter.

2. Ā All money received by the Division pursuant to this chapter must be deposited in the State General Fund.
