90.615 Â Authority of Attorney General and district attorney.
1. Â The Attorney General may investigate and prosecute any violation of a provision of this chapter, a regulation adopted pursuant to this chapter, an order denying, suspending or revoking the effectiveness of registration or an order to cease and desist issued by the Administrator.
2. Â The district attorney of the appropriate county may prosecute any such violation:
(a) At the request of the Attorney General; or
(b) If the Attorney General does not prosecute such a violation.
