§ 2707. "Person in the position of a seller." (a) Definition.--A "person in the position of a seller" includes: (1) as against a principal an agent who has paid or become responsible for the price of goods on behalf of his principal; or (2) anyone who otherwise holds a security interest or other right in goods similar to that of a seller. (b) Rights.--A person in the position of a seller may as provided in this division: (1) withhold or stop delivery (section 2705); (2) resell (section 2706); and (3) recover incidental damages (section 2710). Cross References. Section 2707 is referred to in sections 2103, 2104, 2706 of this title.
